Although the Plant City Staples store looks a good bit older than the one we had in Brandon, it is not any longer a drive for me in Valrico than it was to the Brandon store. And the P C store seems to have what I need, & I still get credit for turning in my old ink cartridges for recycling. I was pleased to happen to go there when they had some nice luggage on special so I think I saved a fair amount on that, too!

I went to the Staples website to design a simple flyer or postcard. after spending 10 hours Going to the store twice for advice. I completed nothing. I have never been so disappointed mostly because of the website the multiple pop ups. Over and over, I couldn’t read or understand what I was Seeing. my first trip to the store to ask for advice I was helped by or greeted by an extremely flamboyant and overweight guy with green hair and green Nail polish. His attitude was his business was more important than mine. so I download the app thinking I get more done, Boy, what a big mistake

My husband and I went to look for a gift for my daughter. The Employee Eric assisted us so kindly and with detail in how the gift Mug with the photo and beautiful words would look. I looked it up today and it is PERFECT. Thanks Eric for your help.

Had a great time returning amazon packages so easy and no waiting in a big line and got my refund that day.. also when the last time have you taken look around they have alot of neat things on premisses you can purchase for 10 percent off when you drop off amazon packages

I have been visiting many stores for years but this one in Plant City is terrible, bad service and apart from that, there is a lady where you collect business cards shouting without education.

Awesome. Had an Amazon return and, not being at all techie, Luke was extremely helpful and patient. All of the personnel in this store seem to be ready and willing to assist - it’s a pleasure to shop at this store.

Eric at the sign and printer area is amazing. I don’t go to staples often but the past two times that I went there Eric was great. He was as very attentive to my needs and is a Blessing in this world. For any of you office stationary needs I highly recommend this store.
