Went to Brandon Boot Barn unfriendly staff. Gave up left. Riding back saw Russell's on Redman pkwy Plant City. Went in was approached by a great guy took me ride to the lace up boots and grabbed my size 11. Nice. These Ariats are sweet. Everyone there were super nice. Thanks Russell's

He changed my way of buying boots and went above and beyond to describe every amount of detail to me.Truly a different employee, especially after going to three different boot stores in the immediate area.
