WORST NIGHTMARE to deal with this Branch. Never had any trouble with other Region Branch. First calling 2 days in a row to get hold of someone.They are Holding the check for over a week back; to “REVIEW”. Because the amount is so high?Well this happens when clients buy dogs which are that much worthed.Does this Bank know that we don’t live in a socialist country? Holding people their business back? That a bank has to control and accuse the check of a client might be not covered??Accusing my clients check might be bouncing back???They we not very happy to hear this from this bank. I tell you that.Very unprofessional behavior on the phone.We are done dealing with this Branch!!!!!

Warning to all new members hope you don’t have a job or ever experience fraud here because they will do nothing for you including lock your card so people can’t continue to steal your money after you told them! They won’t help you unless you physically come into a branch. So if you have a job that prevents that from happening your SOL!

From the first day of opening our personal and business account they have hold every check hostage. Even payroll checks. I know they’re doing fraud. The hold the check sometime up to two week even after the check clear from the bank it was drawn from. When I ask for help I get the run around. If your thinking about opening a account there I would not. This has been the worst bank I have ever dealt with. I am going to switch over to a Credit union where I am a person and not a number.

The employee at this location are pretty nice, never any issues when I come here. That being said, region bank cards don't work at Walmart for some reason so I'll have to find another bank.

If I can give a lower rating I would. When I had an account with them several years ago they were never available or open when I needed them, the drive-through is slow, and now they send me a credit card on an account closed over three years ago. Not confident in their ability to do bookkeeping or paperwork . They say my account is closed but somehow gave me a business credit card with several thousands of dollars available as credit limit, I don’t quite understand how they operate.

They had to call my customer to verify a check today. Keep in mind I just told her I just cashed 2 checks prior the week from same person. This is the only Regions bank to do this. I had a hard time to cash it but it did cash eventually. They also charged me $14 to cash the check in top of this. I'm going to start declining Regions checks.

I have been at this branch location since it was Am South bank and came over to Regions. Financed a car paid it off and never had a problem. Everybody has always been super nice and Dee Dee Webster is my go to banker.
