I hate bloodwork: the phlebotomist was excellent and eased my fears. She had a set of five viles to fill and did so with professionalism. Her light sense of humor was refreshing. Some of us are just not keen on having our veins poked, but Quest made a dreaded process a quick and painless procedure.

Maria at the Plant City,Fl location was the nicest lady. Took her time to make sure we understood everything she was about to do. And continued to ask my daughter if she was ok to make sure she wasn’t nervous with getting her blood drawn. Would definitely recommend Quest Diagnostics

This is my second time to go to Quest for blood work. I had the good fortune of having Richard take my blood both times and it was painless. I highly recommend him.

My experience in other quests has been 10/10 but in this one? awful!!! The nurse was more concerned with other issues with her co-workers than with providing me with good service with kindness. I can understand that we all have bad days, but if you don't know how to put your emotions aside and be kind, courteous and empathetic, you are in the wrong profession. I will not return to this location and if you read this stay away from this office.

I couldn't register because it was an over powering flowery smell. Triggered my asthma I had to run out. Couldn't stop coughing. If they have cameras they could see me choking. There was no employee that I could ask for assistance. I went to Walgreens and was able to have my blood drawn. A facility that deals with patients should never have any plug in fragrances.

I scheduled my appointment online at the Quest website and when I arrived on time they took me right in! Richard (a phlebotomist) there is the absolute BEST! I never feel the needle!!! He's a keeper and who I will always look for.

If you do not have easy-to-locate veins, stay away from this location. The first technician attempted to dig around with the needle in my arm because she didn't hit the vein on the first attempt.

The Plant City office is very good at their job. easy stick, simple directions, and fast completion of test results. they are all so kind and helpful. once you check in for your appointment, there is very little wait time.
