I just left this store. The people working were extremely personable. The inventory is smaller due to the size of the store BUT the atmosphere is worth it. The "young" lady I spoke today is a former teacher...what's not to love? I'll definitely be back.

Please do not go here unless you have an expertise in wigs and and hair pieces. I went there not knowing anything about them the woman told me that I was buying a full-headed wig I believed her cuz she was a very nice lady that seem to know what she was talking about. She said it would fit my head sold it to me for $15 instead of 15.99 yeah I didn't question it it's not even the same wig that I showed her that I liked it's half a wig. I also emailed her and she didn't bother to reply to that so Im left to leave this review. She made sure that I knew I can't get my money back because of covid so now I am stuck with a wig and I'm out 15 dollars they ripped me off I would not trust and I would not go there if you want to spend your money wisely please don't. I wished I had the option to give a zero star****UPDATEI have communicated with Darrin through email today, and Michael helped me in the store. They went out of their way to make sure I got what I wanted. When I am wrong I will say I am wrong. They 100% made everything right. I was too quick to judge. I will definitely shop there again. I most definitely recommend them. The customer is not always right. In this case I was way to quick to place blame. Great people.
