I called to make an appointment and the call wasn’t going through so I called a third time. This lady picks up and in the rudest way possible says hello (like I’m bothering her) and I asked if they are taking new pets for grooming. She rudely says yeah I am but I’m in a very important business call right now. She seemed like she was taking her frustration of whatever was happening out on me. I’m sorry? I’m just trying to give you business, you don’t have to yell at me. Very unprofessional, you don’t expect someone to scream at you when you are calling to give them business. Ruined my morning, do not recommend this place.

In short words, I don't know what I'd do without this lady. Been doing business with her for years and she loves my doggies like they are hers. So glad I found her.

My little chawinnie is very scarred she's at least 5 years old when my best friend was killed I inherited her and she had never been to a groomer before, she bites every one but me Mrs. MeMe put her in her arms and clipped and filed her nails and pads in five mins. and they were so smooth I couldn't believe it. MeMe thank you from the bottom of my heart, when I got her back her whole dementia had changed she calmed down and I e never seen a Pearson so caring and very professional and thank you for fitting her in we now have a standing monthly appointment with MeMe you should give MeMe a try you won't ,want another groomer but her once you try her thanks again ...

Kristin did such a great job with my babies! They are so soft and smell so good. my Rebel gets so stressed when getting groomed but Kristin made him comfortable. we'll 100% be using her again

I took my dogs here for the first time today and was very nervous but Kristin was wonderful with both of them and did a fantastic job on the grooming and nails. My dogs were very happy and so am I. The rates are very affordable. I definitely recommend Memes Grooming Spa and will be a return customer.

Kristin is a wonderful person and Groomer. I will only let her do my rescue because she cares and takes her time with him. Shes friendly and kind. Willing to do and help people out. She has a kind heart which you will know when you meet her.
