I chose plant city over my hometown Lakeland because the reviews were bad at Lakeland, and they were good here in plant city. almost the same distance from my house. I choose the first appointment available in the morning - 7:30. Arrived 15 minutes early. Use the text registration to show I was here. They texted me right back in a couple minutes. went right in, no waiting. The employees were friendly and quick. No issues giving my blood, she was good with the needle. Great experience.”
