“I hate bloodwork: the phlebotomist was excellent and eased my fears. She had a set of five viles to fill and did so with professionalism. Her light sense of humor was refreshing. Some of us are just not keen on having our veins poked, but Quest made a dreaded process a quick and painless procedure.”
“Twice now I have gone into LabCorp for blood work. The first visit was by appointment and I waited no longer than 15 minutes. In and out in under 20. The nurse was very nice and everyone seemed friendly. The second time I could only schedule an appointment for 1:30 pm. With the visit requiring fasting beforehand, an afternoon appointment was sure to be a problem. So, I went in unannounced at 7:30 am. Once again, my wait time was under 15 minutes, I was back in my car in less than, and the staff were great!”
“Labs were effortless from beginning to end. Everyone was friendly, fast and efficient. My lab tech was very personable and made me at ease. I am disabled, have severe anxiety and am agoraphobic. They usually have trouble finding a good vein but this guy was able to get one in my arm vs my hand, first try without ANY light headedness or pain, even no prick! My results were text to me as soon as they were done! I was able to Google what the results mean. Until my appointment with my doctor. I'm starting to take the supplements needed and eat the foods suggested for the deficiencies I have. Excellent experience. I see unfortunately they're relocating to another facility. This makes it very inconvenient to have labs done from now on since I will now have to make arrangements to get a ride to another location from now on besides the Dr. Luckily they're ordered only once a year. Still, Dr offices should have an on site lab for blood work to be done. I was lucky to have it done before they moved.”
