Mattress did not perform as expected after 60 days, however a replacement was easily and graciously arranged. The salesperson who handled the replacement order on Sept. 7th was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

Marcus went above and beyond. Stayed after hours, worked to accommodate and meet our specific needs and has amazingly friendly customer service! We tried to tip but he refused and said he cannot accept it. He is awesome!

My wife and I spoke with the service rep named Marcus that was amazing. He has been doing it for approximately 4 months and went above and beyond to help us. Including learning on the fly about a leasing option called progressive that he has never done. Needless to say, after learning how the program worked we walked out with a brand new mattress because of him.

So my husband and I came in today and had Shawn as our sales expert!! Let me tell you first off he was the best! We have been looking for a bed for some time but never had the experience that we had today! We laugh, laid, and touched almost every bed on the showroom floor. Shawn took his time with us and not only that, but help us with the best deal ever!! Listen Shawn was God sent with a delivery from the Lord. If you are in the Plant city or Lakeland area, you need to look and ask for Shawn. He will make your experience unforgettable, that’s for sure!! Where is the rest of the stars ⭐️ cause he needs for than 5!!! #Period

Made a trip to Plant City Mattress Firm today looking for an affordable mattress to help alleviate body pain. Dennis was such a pleasure to work with; very patient, knowledgeable, personable, friendly, listened to our needs was able to find a nice mattress within our budget. Justin was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful and did not try to “sell me” on the most expensive item. He seriously took my age, body type and sleep positions into consideration in what I considered a major purchase.
