Hi I am the owner of MFI Flooring Installation. I always have a great experience at Masters Tampa(Plant City). The products are of the best quality. I was especially impressed today when I needed a transition to match a plank of floor of my customers. Antonio in the warehouse went above and beyond to match the color I needed with a small piece of an example plank I had. The service is prompt and knowledgeable. I would recommend Masters for any contractors needs.

I was renovating an apartment to rent it and I went to a store and they showed me this product, I was very happy that I bought it directly cheaper because the person in the store told me that it was exclusive and I could buy it cheaper with them, I highly recommend them, very good product.

Slow service, uniformed staff and parking issues. Also, even though the hours are posted on the door, that is that their correct hours.

I arrived at 7:30 am, they told me it was only at 8:00 am, Google said it was open, to get the material, the service is not very good.

I've been buying here for the past 5 years and had always receive a wonderful service. Alex, Dereck, Yania, Marleidy, Lindsay, etc... are always willing to help and go the extra mile to fulfill our needs.I also feel safe going or sending my employees there because they have implemented safety measures and procedures since the COVID-19 issue started.

Not very friendly. After CDC came out no masks if fuly vaccinated, guy in office without a mask ordered me to wear one or leave.

These people used to be good do not waste your time with them i been buying from them for over 15 yrs and now they are a horrible business to deal with . The main reasons why business close . Bigger places have had to close bigger then them . Horrible horrible horrible .
