I had a great experience with Lugo. The 1st frig they brought me wasn't cold enough. I keep it in the garage so it has to be in top shape to make it out there. I texted them and they brought me another frig I had selected and swapped it out. This one works great! I highly recommend businesses that want happy customers. So many don't care nowadays.

If I could give zero stars I would! I paid $250 for a used refrigerator that didn’t even last 7 months!!! I should have known better when I pulled up and all their appliances were outside in tents but I was in desperate need of a refrigerator at the time. They only offer a 3 month warranty bc most likely they know their appliances won’t make it a year. A complete joke!! Read the reviews before buying from here bc I’m obviously not the only customer that bought an appliance from here and it didn’t last even a whole year!

I bought a washer and dryer. Have had 2 gas dryers and they both ruined my clothes with black soot! Almost $300 worth of new Christmas clothes - destroyed! Now they’re trying to say I didn’t pay for. Don’t buy from here! Nothing but headaches! If they make things right will change review. Waiting.

I have several properties, I bought 6 sets of washing machines and dryers, all of them stopped working in a month, they changed 3 of them, I bought two more and those also stopped working in a month and the other one never even turned on, horrible. I will never buy, there is better. New, I lost machismo Money with its washers and dryers.

Buying used appliances can cause a lot of anxiety and when I bought a freezer from them and it didn’t work, I was concerned. I needn’t have been! I called and a replacement freezer was brought out in less than 24 hours. They have EARNED my loyalty and I’ll be checking with them first from now on.

If I could give zero star i would .****DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE***In a month am on my Third washing machine. I bought one which never worked and i keep coming back to exchange it because they won’t refund and am on my third one and still don’t work. Girl in the office very rude! i had purchased another washer at another place and it lasted 8 yrs. unfortunately that place went out of business so I drove by this place and made the mistake of getting a washer and i regret it !!!

This place is unethical, I paid $600 + for a LG refrigerator that only lasted 1 year. Never gain 2 thumbs down. Too bad I can't select zero stars.
