Twice now I have gone into LabCorp for blood work. The first visit was by appointment and I waited no longer than 15 minutes. In and out in under 20. The nurse was very nice and everyone seemed friendly. The second time I could only schedule an appointment for 1:30 pm. With the visit requiring fasting beforehand, an afternoon appointment was sure to be a problem. So, I went in unannounced at 7:30 am. Once again, my wait time was under 15 minutes, I was back in my car in less than, and the staff were great!

After waiting for 2 hours after my scheduled appointment I left. I will never give labcorp money again.

Not only were they ridiculously busy each time I went in with an appointment but they lost all of my information and I had to redo all of my labs. I have been waiting for my doctor's appointment to go over these which were important,and now I can't get into my doctor for another month. Thanks a lot labcorb

The lady back there so rude she told me come other day because I knocking the door to ask why there are many people waiting if is an problem she told me I can’t attend you come another day, I am frustrated because nobody can help

I had a terrible experience at labcorp at this location. I have scheduled an appointment for my baby to not wait in line. I have arrived 5 minutes earlier, checked in and waited and waited.... nobody called me, 15 minutes later A woman came outside and let someone else in, I told her that my appointment is supposed to start 10 minutes ago. Another 20 minutes passed, she called me. She was very rude when I asked which one of my baby's hand to prepare, she said she doesn't know, she has to check, I pulled up both sleeves. She did NOT CHANGE THE GLOVES, but before my baby she had another patient and she was touching everything. She also did NOT APPLY DISINFECTANT and put the niddle inside my baby's hand, Insted of checking the hand as she told me, she just injected the niddle. I am shocked what kind of employees labcorp choosing. Never again!!!

During my visit today for blood test, I noticed a concerning lack of hygiene at this location. There was only one technician who seemed overwhelmed with work. Unfortunately, she didn't replace her gloves between patients and omitted crucial steps like using alcohol wipes. This negligence raises serious health concerns, and I urge caution when considering this facility. Such lapses in practice could potentially lead to injuries or the transmission of diseases.

Fast all night. Went to lap core plant city @walgreens checked in 245pm.while I was doing self check on Wednesday I over heard customer talking at the lab lady there with attitude stated one employee had just left.she called custom her back there then came back to tell me with a attitude that she was it taking no one else in today so on Friday I went to lab core in lithia bloomingdale and was treated with courteous and got awesone service black girl in plant city needs a attitude adjustment quickly. You don't come to customers like that .she don't need to be seeing no one with a bad attitude

My appointment was scheduled at 12:30pm. The lab was closed for lunch until 1:00 pm. I mentioned it to the lab techs, one could have cared less while the other one at least gave me an explanation. She said there has been a two year glitch in their system, which allows appointments to be scheduled during the time they are closed for lunch. 2 years is a long time for a glitch not to be fixed.

Had an appointment scheduled for 1230pm. I get there and they are closed for lunch from 1230-100. What's the point of scheduling an appointment when you are closed? Why waste my time like that? Very rude and unprofessional. I missed work so you could go to lunch?

I looked at the reviews and decided to go to this location(plant city) and as soon as I get done checking in one of the techs comes out and tell me that she's by herself all week and she's only taking appointments...but there is no sign or anything stating that, it wasn't just me she said it to it was alot of people that this has happened to. They need to fix this problem.

I had to give blood for my doctor appointment. I chose plant city over my hometown Lakeland because the reviews were bad at Lakeland, and they were good here in plant city. almost the same distance from my house. I choose the first appointment available in the morning - 7:30. Arrived 15 minutes early. Use the text registration to show I was here. They texted me right back in a couple minutes. went right in, no waiting. The employees were friendly and quick. No issues giving my blood, she was good with the needle. Great experience.

Booked an appointment for 12:30. They closed for lunch and refused to see me at my appointed time. They got mad at me for checking in when I was supposed to! Terrible service. Do not recommend this location.

Great place to have your blood test. Techs are not only friendly, but also efficient. Short wait time if you make an appointment and you’re on time.
