“This is a two part review.Part 1 - We needed to trade in an iPhone and get an updated model and also lower our current bill. Angie helped us accomplish this with ease. Angie is very pleasant and mellow. She took her time to explain everything to us and answered our many questions. We left the store feeling like we all our concerns addressed and desires met. Great job, Angie!!! Thank you so much!Part 2 - This authorized dealer location is very convenient. However, the shop interior is VERY OUTDATED; it’s small in size; there is a massive amount of unorganized clutter on and around the workspace/service desk; and the store offers ZERO seating for customers. Upon entering the store the music was so loud that we initially had to raise our voices to share why we’d come inside and we strained to hear the associate’s response. I asked them to please lower the music volume, and they obliged— that was appreciated. Hoping they’ll soon move to a larger space and offer seating in that space!!!”

“I wish I knew the guys name in the Lakeland store 98 north . Because he deserves this 4 star. Our email was taken from us after having it for over 23 years . Our whole life and business revolves around this email. After many hours trying to rectify this problem. Going into the store etc.. This guy did it . He got our email back . You know I have always told my kids you rely on these phones etc. too much. I discovered I am in the same boat our whole life relied around this email. Wow I never would've thought.”
“Josiah is super but the conditions these guys and gals are working under is horrendous. The thermostat was reading 99 degrees in the store. Do better, or close the store till the AC is repaired this is unsafe for your employees to be subjected to this heat for hours at a time. Amazing customer service though!!”
