RUN FROM THIS LOCATION. Called and spent 2 hours trying to set 2 appointments. The phone just disconnects it goes to corporate. Ended up with one at the wrong time. Finally got one at the right time 9am.. it is 922 the employee is not here, they have no phone number for her and have no idea if she will be in. The answer was sorry you can leave if you like. RUDE PEOPLE. Another person here booked on line with someone who does not work at this location. This place is an absolute mess, I could have done my returns myself in less time. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL....How could you have any confidence in their skills. Annette just go here at 926...was also rude and stated she was not supposed to have appointments before 10am not her problem. I would not let them touch my return.

We had an appointment with Annette and she was the best! So sweet and caring. Very warm and comforting. Taxes give me major anxiety and she made me feel so much better. Got us our maximum refund. Will be back next year thanks to annette!

Today 3/16/24 we had an 11 a.m. appointment but weren't seen until 12 p.m. due to some issue our tax rep Angela Simmons was having with the prior client. The receptionist Dawn or Donna said on 2 occasions that she was going back to check on how much longer only to come back the two times and not immediately tell us about how much longer it would be. We were indeed frustrated. Finally get seen an hour after our appointment... it should be a simple return: my husband and my w-2s and a daycare expense for last year... and Angela is apparently just having the hardest time putting information in. She kept trying to trouble shoot the different error codes she was receiving but would do the exact same thing over and over expecting different results.. I finally, after almost an hour sitting there with her,patience running so thin, had to suggest she ask someone else in the office for help. First the receptionist came over to try to help and then they went and asked a senior tax rep to come over(didn't get her name) who finally fixed the error codes. At the very end when we were esigning the documents Angela messes up again and we end up having to sign paper copies after all of the esigning. This is the only place we've ever gone to for our taxes and for years and years have never had an issue. Angela was just so incompetent it was ridiculous. Will probably just do TurboTax or something similar next year. Paid $225 for frustration. Yay us.

1). Preparer failed to add $130 to my withheld taxes2! I installed a heat pump which possibly was eligible for a $500 Frderal tax CreditI understand mistakes being made but the preparer would not answer my emails or make an attempt file an amended return

Very unhappy with this facility they did our taxes took my credit card charge me called me 2 days later said they have not did my taxes yet because I did not pay but I have a receipt where that came out of my checking account

The employees are fantastic and professional. Mrs Annette is absolutely incredible. She's been doing my taxes about 18 years.

Made an appointment. Showed up a little early and the lady we made an appointment with never showed up. Instead of accommodating us while we were there the lady offered to reschedule us. No apologies for our person never showing up, no call to let us know.. nothing. No one there even knew their number to call and see where they were. Will not go back to this location.

She explained everything and was sooo helpful and polite even when my 4 month old was crying. ... (Fast forward) my daughter is 4 now and Ive been going to Mrs Wheaton at hrblock ! she is friendly professional and will explain everything to u if needed! She is only one I'll go too! Highly recommend putting your taxes in her hands she is the best! And a treasure to meet !
