Recently the middle armrestof our theater seating had collapsed.I called Rhonda in the furniture departmentto see if the warranty would cover a repair.It took some back and forth with the manufacturer, but SoHo did get it repaired.They came a long way to pickup the piece,repaired it, and then returned it.It is good to know that this store backs upwhat it sells.”
