Very professional and caring staff. I had to extend my pet's stay by a day last minute and they were more than willing to accommodate. Anytime I need to board my dog it will be Happy Pets!

The personnel are excellent. My pets are loved and when they arrive they literally run inside. I receive daily updates and they are always monitored and I receive feedback.Thank guys for loving my babies!!!!

Highly recommend! My pup’s coat was super shiny and soft after his grooming appointment. Nails were trimmed very nicely. Smelled really good! Thanks for a great experience, we will be back!

I bring my puppy here for grooming, and every now and then Daycare! The staff is amazing and I adore how he looks after his groom. He’s always tail wags and smiles

Please do not take your dog here. Decided to use this place shortly after moving to plant city to board our dog. We picked the package to get her nails trimmed and a bath. Upon picking her up she did not smell like she got a bath. Any time we go to clip her nails now she gets agressive and she was never like that before we had taken her here. When we asked how she did with the nail trimming the lady said she did great! Which I know now that was a lie. I can't say for sure but have a suspicion that they must have held her down. I would have rather them said we can't do it then be greedy and shady about it. An animals well being should more important than the money you make off of a nail trim.

Happy Pets is the BEST Kennel ever. Everyone there is so wonderful, so caring. The set up there is so perfect. There was much thought put into the pets having the freedom in and out of their “rooms.”I can tell from my interactions with each person working there that they truly love dogs. Our doggie had the best time. There are safe practices. I received updates frequently including pictures.Thank you so much for making us very contented and happy with your services

I had many good experiences at this place but the last one ruined it for the rest. I was supposed to pick my dog up on Sunday before 5pm which is when they close and when we show up at 4pm no one was there. We called many times until almost an hour later someone reached back and informed us they were sending someone to open up so we could pick up our dog.... once the person arrived it ended up being an OLD employee that lived nearby and they had no idea why no one was there.... so they pretty much had the place unattended since who knows what time and had no idea where their employees were. I find that completely irresponsible, I understand certain times the dogs are left alone but the place being completely empty and no one answering the phone while they are supposed to be open is something else. Who knows since when they were fed or let out to pee? On top of that he was poorly showered with wet spots which normally wouldn't happen either, you can tell the employee that day did everything in a rush to get out ASAP. The poor ex employee was not to blame all they did was show up because obviously no one else could but this experience ruined it for me and when all they had to offer was a 10% coupon was hilarious as if I would ever take my dog back there.

I would give zero stars if possible. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE FOR DAYCARE!I took my 7 month old puppy here on 11/7 for his first day of daycare. When I picked him up, there were many dogs barking loudly and the lady who went back to pick my dog up screamed “HEEEYYY!” to get the dogs to stop barking. Then, as she was walking him to the front, he had a lot of energy and was pulling. She was saying “what the heck is wrong with him?” And yelled “NO!” at him as she was walking him. I imagine my dog was probably screamed at all day. When we got home, he peed for an entire 2 minutes and then stopped to pee for a second time, which tells me he did not get to use the bathroom all day! He also arrived with a ton of energy meaning he probably was never let out of the cage they had him in. Will never be back!!!
