“I've been a member of 8+ gyms in my life and this is my favorite. Open 24 hours, not crowded and the value for your money is incredible. I love too that it's in the heart of downtown PC. LOVE the 70s/80s rock music-NEVER CHANGE THAT! It has an "old school" feel that I love. I've never had to wait around for equipment to free up so my workouts can be efficient, in and out! HIGHLY RECOMMEND you give this place a try :)”

“Nice staff, no issues with anything so far. I do wish the machines were placed in better directions though, like the stairmasters in front of the mens lockerroom makes me paranoid and I wish the roman chair was moved to a more private area as well but I go at night when theres 5 people max which makes working out for me much easier.”
