Just got a hair cut from Joseph and he nailed it! I told him what I wanted and it was perfect! He even taught me the basics on how to cut my disabled bf’s hair! He did a fantastic job!

I went yesterday to get a haircut with Joseph really great guy but after the haircut I had to go back because one side had layers and the other side didn’t . And now that I was trying to style it I noticed the layers ain’t blended in and it’s only on top n not on the bottom so now I have to pay someone to fix it i went in for a refund but I have to wait for the owner to call me back I’m really hoping I can get my refund I didn’t like this haircut at all never will go back again.

The person I usually get to cut my hair wasn’t there. I went in to get a wash, conditioning and cut. I always get long layers, bangs cut and hair angled at the chin. I told the gentleman what I wanted to have done. He wanted to do a DRY CUT on my bangs FIRST . I told him I didn’t want that and I’d rather it be wet cause it could end up not straight. He looked right at me and said, “Excuse me ma’am but I know more about cutting hair than you do.” I told him that it was my hair and I’d just go somewhere else. I got up and told him that I’d had my hair cut a lot of years there and asked when my usual person would be back. He said she didn’t work there anymore and didn’t know where she went and walked away. I will never go back there. He was very rude. I have family who go there and won’t be back either. They lost more than one customer yesterday and if I could give them a zero star I would.
Requested style: Simple wash and cut with only the bangs dried.

I walked in with my daughter to get her haircut. The lady I at the counter was very rude when I said I wasn't going to give her my minor child's name to put in the computer. She walked away so I asked the guy cutting hair if he could not cut my child's hair without her name. He said they need a name and agreed to put my name down. He then proceeded to cut her hair and in walked the PC Police. The woman had called on me because my daughter was not happy that her mother couldn't make it because she wanted to know she didn't cut to much off. So after being there for three hours I should say what I really feel but will just say stay away. Don't bring your kids there.

The only reason I gave this a 2 star was because Dani helped fix what Jermey destroyed. He was careless, in a rush, and ultimately ruined my hair. Uneven cut, I asked for a medium fade and a copper/bronze color highlights to help bring out my already copper/brown hair, and he did one giant blonde spot in the front of my hair and told me he was done, and didn't even fade my hair, he went super high with a 2 and cut the longer sides I had to even it out.... I was so specific on what I was expecting and even showed him a picture of the last time I had it done. I hate to slander anyone, everyone has a bad day, but the more I'm trying to let my hair grow back out, the worse it looks, and the more you can see the unprofessionalism of the cut. I would not recommend him whatsoever, so to anyone reading this, do not book with Jeremy. You'll probably regret it. But big thanks to Dani for having me come back and doing THE BEST she could to correct it.

Sara is great! She left lakeland and I tried to find someone closer to me but nobody was as good at cutting hair and as nice . It's a drive but well worth it!

It's been 2 years since I had my hair done at a beauty salon. Sara did my hair and I love it. It is so beautiful. She is so good at what she does and kind and calm. I am very grateful Sara. Thank you so much. I will be back and you better not leave without letting me know where you go cuz I'll hunt you down.???

Went in to get a big chop after just having a baby i believe the stylist name was Oliver (sorry if thats wrong) they were very welcoming and professional. This has been the first hair cut in a long time that i feel the stylist really got my vision, they did an excellent job just based off explanation as i did not bring an example photo. Will definitely be going to them again

It was my first time going to these guys. Barbara did my hair and I went in with a picture of the style hair cut that I wanted. My hair ain't even the lenght I wanted it to be. Very disappointed with the outcome. After when I went to pay I asked if they offered military and she said no and then I said okay and paid. Then she goes your in the military and I said no my husband is. Just felt very displeased with the whole thing. I understand not offering military but why do I have to be judged by it.Service: Haircut
