This store is always disgusting. So unorganized. Unprofessional. New Manager swapping spit on the floor or always arriving late and unprepared. Employee punching another employee . Boxes piled up everywhere u cannot walk thru aisles and RR never accesible due to it always being blocked off by trash. Store randomly closes due to it not being properly staffed. Employees yelling for other employees through out the store, phones never working always disconnected. (Tried calling a few different times) honestly surprised they’re still open. The same person is on the register every time I go and manager acts like she can’t take no one on the register always yelling for someone else while she goes into her office. I can see why no one wants to work there and they always close early . Need to report this to HR so they can do something about it.

Never in my life have I experienced service like I did tonight. Denied to be cashed out because for once the customer was right. I have worked in customer service for years and no the customer is not always right. But whoever the lady was working with Lise Marie tonight at this dollar store. I hope peace finds you, and you learn how to listen to your customers before you claim them for being privileged. I am far from privileged, in any kind of way. Our struggles are not different but thank you for making me feel so small. I will never be back to a family dollar establishment, EVER! Thank you Lise Marie for trying to make it right.

This family dollar is an alright place to shop. The prices are fair and the cashiers are always friendly. The store could use a remodel. The store could also use a different organization method. It always seem a little clustered in there. They could also use a public restroom. They do not have a public restroom which is a bummer especially when you have to pee.

I went to the store to buy my daughter some shampoo. when I went to the register the price they rang it up was way higher than what it was, so the manager said I could get it for the price that was at the shelf. Barbara came and told the cashier that this is the last “F-ing time we going to change the price”. “She can get it for this F-ing price “. I felt like, it was no reason why Barbara should’ve talk to the cashier like that. It was not her fault the item was just in the wrong spot. So Barbara needs to get her act together. I know this is family dollar but it still needs to be at a professionalism. So BARBARA get your self together
