I have rented from this place few times in the past and I can see a big difference of the manager style. I had the pleasure to meet the new manager Argenis “ HENNY” . He is really polite and understands when things need to be taken care of . I can see that he has a great team that are willing to provide a great service despite of how rude ppl can be sometimes.. keep it up

My favorite location and the only location I would ever go to! The entire staff has always took really good care of me each and every time I have ever dealt with them: Excellent customer service ! Javaughn goes above and beyond every time. Henny is an excellent guy as well! Good job guys!!

They are a scam they lie to you about honoring days..then they charge you $529 for 5 days....they all say something different one says we will match the days you warranty covers and they don't match nothing at the end they are a big scam there I will never go back to enterprise in plantcity florida....stay away from these thief

We got a vehicle from this enterprise location and never been so disappointed. The rep that came to drop off the car was late rubbing his eyes as if he just woke up. The car was dirty and on empty. To top it all off we told both body shop and enterprise we were going on vacation and if the repairs exceeded the days that we would not be able to pick up and drop off to enterprise in time both assured the rental would be extended. We got calls through the whole holiday about this as if they were unaware. When we returned the vehicle we returned it at 10am they charged us for a full day. In other words they doubled their profit. I disputed this with the manager and he tried to blame it on Gieco. Um no that's your policy and bad business.I would stay clear of this location it’s unorganized and managed poorly.

The Plant City location is the most unorganized facility you have. No one knows what’s going on and I got one excuse after another on my rental. They forced me to keep a more expensive vehicle and wouldn’t work with me at all. I travel a lot for work and each airport I fly in to I use Enterprise, but this facility is horrible.

We always have an issue at this place. They don’t have the car we reserved and make you wait forever to get a dirty car with nasty interior that they didn’t clean. We’ll drive to Lakeland to get a car next time.

I had to rent a car due to an accident and the only thing they had available was a huge SUV. I explained that I only needed to get to and from work and would like something smaller but he said that’s all they had at the time and I could always come back and trade it for something else. First off, it was a keyless push to start car and I’ve never driven one before. He didn’t show me how to turn on and off the car so I had to figure that out on my own which was inconvenient. Then when I called on Monday morning I was told they didn’t have anything yet and to call again closer to closing and they might have something, I called an hour before they closed to have a different employee ask why I waited to the end of the day to call, he wouldn’t be able to find me anything before they close. So I deal with having a big car and call back later in the week to see if anything’s changed, still nothing available, I ask to be put on a list and to be called when something becomes available and he said I was already on the list (which I feel he just said to get off the phone with me.) 3 more weeks go by, they never call me and it’s time to return my car. I call and ask if I can return to a location that’s closer to my work and they assure me that it’s no problem, I ask if I need to call the other location and notify them and was told no, I could just drop it off. I call the other store to confirm and they said that’s not true, they would have to get permission from that store’s manager and I wouldn’t be able to drop it off that day. All around, they were a hassle to deal with and I’m glad to be done with them.
