Thought everything was great until my phone got shut off this morning. spent over $300 with them for them to not put my bill payment into their system. So where did my money go??? Horrible service, I asked the 2 ladys that were sitting down to show me a phone, one of them told me that she can show me the phone in her computer because she have it in a box in the back, like she does not want to stand up, I request her few times to show it to me, end of the story I left and buy the phone in another location.

I purchased the Turbo Hotspot for the fact that it had the 5G, and was said to be fast but when I got home I couldn’t use 5G. I spoke to a representative and they mentioned how they’re still working on 5G for some locations, so why are they advertising 5G when it doesn’t work for everyone. Also, I went to return it within the 7 day period and was NEVER told I would only get refunded for the device and NOT the activation fee of $25 nor the $55 I paid for the bill. I spent around $167 just to get $86 back. I have cricket as my phone provider and I am content with it but this experience with the hotspot was bad so I don’t recommend.

I highly recommend this place, Maricela is a great helper with connecting my phone and getting good deals. As with her co workers they are the best. I will definitely be coming back!

This is the best Cricket store in Plant City. The girls who work there are always so friendly and helpful. It doesn't matter what issue I have, they ALWAYS resolve it. 10/10 recommend
