I wenteen last week to buy a new phone and paid my phone bill. Thought everything was great until my phone got shut off this morning. spent over $300 with them for them to not put my bill payment into their system. So where did my money go??? Because I even asked if they included my bill and was told yes

Horrible service, I asked the 2 ladys that were sitting down to show me a phone, one of them told me that she can show me the phone in her computer because she have it in a box in the back, like she does not want to stand up, I request her few times to show it to me, end of the story I left and buy the phone in another... read full comment
