Purchased a leather hide a bed couch today with help from An’drew. He showed me all the options for the specifications I gave him with patience and was not a pushy salesman. All around an excellent experience. I would also give him 5 stars as an employee of City furniture.

Frankie has been great to work with ! He has helped my parents and my grandma with picking out the perfect furniture as they transition down here to be with me in Florida. I can’t thank him enough !

Sales person lies to get you to buy a more expensive piece of furniture. Tells you what you want is out of stock but it isn't. Then tacks on a price for an extended warranty without asking if you want it. Hopes you will pay the bill without noticing he put it on. If there is a problem and you call them they ignore you. They made the sell and now you are nobody to them. Won't shop there anymore.

If I didn’t have to give any stars I wouldn’t. They don’t deserve any!!! I purchased a sectional called The Westin in December of 2022. This couch is horrible quality and the recliners stopped working within 2 months. A service tech came out and fixed the problem and a few months later the same thing happened. Also metal pieces started tearing through the leather when the recliner function was working. I have had numerous conversations with wanting a replacement and absolutely nothing has happened. I have emailed and called this location to speak to the manager and no one has called me back. I am so highly disappointed in the customer service and cannot believe what a bad experience I have had. Do not shop for furniture at this place if you want a quality piece of furniture or customer service that cares about the customer. I spent $4000 on this couch and have to purchase another couch one year later. Shop anywhere other than City Furniture in Plant City.

UPDATED(1 star to 3 stars): City Furniture social media reached out to better understand the circumstances and took the time to research. After doing so, they proposed a solution that was acceptable to us. I would have moved to a higher rating as we are very pleased with the furniture delivery and quality, but even with the remediated solution, the staff at the store make it very difficult to like the experience and more importantly, revisit the store. I would say we are open to using CF again because of the attitude and approach of the social media team but you wont find us going back to the Plant location. Thanks Harry!All is good during the purchase experience but then it’s up to date on what happens from there. You will never hear back from your sales person if you have a question/follow up needed. Our sales person misled us about a product utility and the store manager says we have to work with customer care and customer care says you have to work the the store. I was told to just resell the item that won’t work on Facebook Marketplace! It’s unlikely to get a person live and took 4 emails and escalations to get someone to return my call but still wasn’t resolved. It’s unfortunate how they treat customers as we had planned on returning but will never do so now. Buyer Beware.

My wife and I went to explore City Furniture and had a great experience with a young lady named Antoinette. She was very knowledgeable about all the products on the floor and had a great personality. The warehouse is huge with many items to choose from. So many, it was a challenge to make up our minds, but we finally decided on something that would fit perfectly for what we had in mind. Thanks again Antoinette!

Massive and beautiful store. So many things to look at with incredible variety. Sales people are very aggressive and will not let you in the store without getting your info...impossible to just casually browse.
