I went to the store first looking to see if they would want to buy my star wars kits. They told me when I went in if I wanted to sell anything I would have to bring them in person. So I brought the complete ones with all minifigs. At first I was told that the owners wife is very fair and might even offer higher than what I'm asking. They then wanted to know what I valued them at and I told them $1230. I knew I would not get that value because they need to make money but I was hoping for around 70%. My pricing comes from ebay and that is what they told me they also value them off of. I did my best to find the best average for the exact condition for each. The offer the owners wife came up with was 500 cash or 600 trade. I found this insane considering the mini figs in these kits alone go for around that if not a little more. So I countered and wanted to do a trade in witch the owner instantly turned down and would not even try and come up. She then told me how they are dusty and that her workers would have to take them home to clean them and that it would cost her money. I then asked how much more she would pay if I cleaned them myself and she said that it would not bring the value up at all. Insane that she tried to use that as a argument to decrease the value but when its reversed it does not matter. She also said that some of them she would not be able to get the value that ebay has it listed for. This is also just a lie to try and low ball me considering they overprice everything. This store just simply preys on people that have no knowledge of what they have or what they are looking to buy. What a awful business model. Do not sell anything at this store, they will severely undervalue it so they can get a ridiculous profit margin.Edit for a reply to them. No set I was selling was worth hundreds. The most expensive was jabba's sail barge. Alone this is worth around $250 complete and they have 2 in store for $150 with no minifigs. Also there was absolutely no mention of a scratched minifig. Try and cover up and play victim all you want but your store is waste of time for anyone that wants a fair value of what they have. While I was there I also heard that the wife of the owner had taken items home to sell on ebay because "she can get more money". So do not try and claim that I miss valued items when you literally will sell the items on ebay, the place where I got the prices.

We were on vacation in Orlando and this was the closest "Lego" store to us. We drove 45min and it was well worth it. Huge variety of sets, minifigures and misc Lego products. The staff was extremely friendly. Very glad we made the trip!

I am extremely disappointed with my service at this store. If I could give a zero star review, I would. I had found an amazing deal on a set, $120 for a set that normally retails for $150-$200. Or so I thought. When I brought it up to the register, it rang up for $170. I thought this was a mistake, but they argued that someone (as in a customer) probably moved the sticker because they normally place it on the left side of the box and not the right. That sticker was too stuck on the set for any customer to have peeled it off of another set and move it. They only offered me a $20 discount for the inconvenience, but I declined it. I am still extremely frustrated, and if I ever do return to this over-priced crap-hole, I hope they improve their quality of service.

We visited this very special store in downtown plant city. It was a Lego store and it was extraordinary. I found everything I was looking for and even had some sets to sell. They gave me a very fair and honest price for my sets. I highly recommend visiting this store.

Went to go sell vintage sealed Lego.Employee present did not have the power to make an offer buying the Legos had to call the owner. Waited for an offer from the owner. Owner offered less then 30% actual cash value on sealed Lego sets according to their own evaluation. I could understand that rate on opened sets but these were sealed and in mint condition.Wasted so much time coming here.Would not recommend.

Drove 70 miles (1 hour and 20 ) minutes to surprise my 11 y.o. daughter who is a Lego fanatic! Was absolutely worth the drive even with gas at $4.75 a gallon!!! The service was excellent as well as the selection and the prices are definitely fair. We are already planning our next trip out there.
