Worse customer service ever at this branch! I have banked with BOA over 40 years and now I’m done! This bank is a joke. Bank manager works as a door greeter while customers wait. I am in the process of moving all my accounts. It is sad they are allowed to operate in this manner.

If I could give a ZERO star I would!!! I'm currently at work (Tampa) and my husband is currently in Plant City and needed funds to pay some workers. The workers wanted to get paid CASH. Simple resolution I thought. I will just Zelle it into my husband's account and he can go withdraw it at the nearest BOA since he also banks with them. Well, he arrives at this branch, and they did not allow him to withdraw the funds. My husband explained to the Teller the situation while on the phone with me. The teller then asked her Assistant Manager and Of course, she said NO! Made our simple task into a complicated one!!! My husband was so upset because he wasted his time driving to this location and left without the funds in order to pay the workers. I had to literally ask my sister to transfer into his SUNCOAST Credit Union account. He drove to the nearest Suncoast Credit Union and withdrew the funds with NO problem at all. Something that should have been as easy at BOA. I called the 1800 number for BOA to find out why. The Rep explained its actually up to the discretion of the branch. This just proved it to me that this Assistant Manager (LORI) knowing the situation choose to be a JERK and not release the funds. The whole point of transferring funds via ZELLE is to have the funds in your account instantly. The Rep on the 1800 stated it was clear for my husband to withdraw in his account but yet she chooses to not release the funds. Then I called her and she said well if you come in with him then we can. SMH Really?????? For that I would not have transferred it in the first place!!!

No other bank can touch/hold my coins. There are many other but this one is mines, banking is like relationship you get out of it what you put into it! If I get my money I'm fine others may offer you this and that but it's all about relationships....you can go somewhere cheaper or that offers you gimmicks but ultimately it's about the process.

Not too big to fail! They have failed. 30 years and I am done. Mid Florida Credit Union has been a life saver. Bank of America appears to be going under. I am done with this Bank. Not the Bank or service I once knew. Run to any bank other than BOA for any reason!

Me and my mom are hispanic and went to cash out a check and we didn’t have an account and my mom knew we had to pay $8 to cash out the check and the guy in spanish told me and my mom “it’s going to be eight pesos” which isn’t equivalent to US currency, and was also already there with an attitude and saying it rudely. Horrible customer service on his part.

I waited in the drive-thru for 20 minutes just to be told I have to come inside to wait another 20 minutes to where the person that was waiting on me up and decided to go to lunch. I'm in a money crunch and needed money and service immediately but they fell through. I went to call a manager and they put me on hold for another 20 minutes and I hung up the phone. Very disappointed in this bank

There’s no such thing as “running to the bank”. Takes 45 mins to an hour to cash a check, EVERY TIME. Tellers are very slow and there aren’t enough of them. There should be 1 teller on drive thru at all times instead of 1 teller handling lobby and drive thru. Once you’re actually being waited on it takes 5-10 additional minutes just for them to complete your transaction. Recommendation from a past bank teller/trainer/auditor: hire more people and train them to be efficient.

Deposit cashier check from Wells Fargo & still not cleared due to ATM glick. 3 hour on customer service reps, came in like they said & complete waste of my time ??

This is the most incompetent bank I have ever dealt with. Customer service is non existent. No apologies just excuses. I wish I could give them a lower rating than one star. BoA should be ashamed of themselves.

Lobby is almost never open and drive thru takes up to more than and hour a half also I came here on a Saturday at 12:30pm and they were already closed lobby and drive thru when they closed at 1pm

Drove 20 miles to the only bank in the area that was supposedly open till 1 PM to find out that it was not open at 1 to 1 PM why does it say that why doesn't this doesn't this get updated.So ridiculous ?

Couldn't go any lower than 1 star unfortunately! "Drive thru services" is a joke! After waiting 45 minutes just to make a deposit to the most rude cashier. I will never return to this location. They should be ashamed of themselves the way they treat their customers!
