My experience was excellent. I went for vaccination and test without an appointment, and I was seen in 10 min. Really nice people there and price was cheap in comparison with the clinics around. Without any doubt I’ll take my puppy there from now on!!

Excellent service for a great price. We brought our puppy in to get spayed. They treated her with love and I am very pleased after looking at her incision site and it is super clean and healthy looking. Definitely recommend.

I called today to get simple cat neutering information and was put on hold for 40mins!!! While on hold one of the workers either tried to pick up the phone and put it back on hold and hung up on me. I called back and explained to the lady that answered I have been on hold already for 40mins and got disconnected by one of their workers. She apologized for that happening and promised to call back before 2pm. It is now 6pm and no one called back. It's extremely unprofessional of your staff to say they will call back and never do and put me on hold for so long. Will be looking elsewhere. Clearly under staffed and to busy to take a simple phone call when their automated phone system says they are available to help yeah..ok! NOT!

We got a new puppy and I was able to get in next day to get her looked at and meds for her tummy (she has worms poor thing). They were fast, informative, and thorough. I was always able to reach someone on the phone when I called.
If I had any complaint, would just be you can only make an appointment 2 days out. I've gotta bring her back 2 more times for boosters; would have been nice if I could have made those appointments all at once.

1st time pet owner . had my sweet little Spirit-kitty spayed . not only was the Staff patient with me while I rambled on with nervousness , they also handled my precious kitty with loving care . it's been 2 weeks & Spirit has healed nicely . the Staff at Animal Wellness is Top Notch ! I Thank you All from the bottom of my heart ?

Great place for keeping your pets updated on shots or getting them fixed! Good prices and great people who really love their job. My dogs have no problem going here.
