Just want to give some positive feedback on our experience. Alert sent Solo to change tires for us on our coach. He was professional, polite and efficient. Took extra care to protect our wheels from getting scratched. We'll be back for the other 6 soon with that type of service.

They told me to come the next day 7 am I call at 11:41 and they tell me they can't resolve my dot inspection because the mechanic had a lot of work instead of telling me the day before that they couldn't they need communication from the beginning if they can say yes Do not leave people waiting and say come and not do their service.
I called the day before to make an appointment for today, I don't need a miracle, I call, they give me a time to go the next day and then they tell me to leave it because they can't, I went to another place and they did it quickly since I arrived, why one thing? is to give the next day. Time and promise that it will come out the same day and then say it won't come out, so leave it and I'll work and if you can't say no, have a nice afternoon.

called mid afternoon on a Friday with a Dumptruck down .. (Blown set if Tires)
They were Professional, Prompt and Prices were comparable if not lower than others I called …
Great communication with Myself and My Driver directly and I will definitely use there service again if ever the need in there area

From start to finish, my experience at Alert Tire was impeccable. Matt and his staff were very welcoming from the beginning. He thoroughly talked me through all of the options for new tires and made me feel very confident in the purchase of 4 tires for my Expedition. The price was VERY good and from ordering, to calling me the next day, he had me in and out with the installation process complete! I highly recommend Alert Tire. You won't be disappointed!

I was having a flat tire on 3rd axle of my semi truck went there to fix it and got to know my other tire was almost done aswell, so asked them to change both with my own spare tires i was having and there i met with this guys named SOLO great guy changed both my tires in less then 20 mins and i was back on road with no time. ?
