Over the years of trying other insurance companies, I've realized that it's the personal relationship at the local office that matters most to me. Especially when Every insurance company will fight tooth and nail to not help you out after an accident ?. My first car was insured by acceptance at 16 years old. After trying out the A-rated companies and years of getting the bad side of every aspect of an ins. company with no control at the individual level to affect meaningful changes, I went back to Acceptance. I still remember Paul Perkins in my earlier years with them and got the chance to talk with him 17 years later in his new position in the company while I was visiting the office to pay my bill. It seemed it was by chance that the computer system was acting up when Ron Hicks decided to call him up, and I recognized Paul's voice on the line. It was really nice to hear how he was doing. Ron Hicks had been my agent going on 2 years now, but he recently left the company to pursue a better opportunity. I was happy to see him get the opportunity but sad to see him leave. We would talk for 30-45 minutes when I visited to pay my bill ( I prefer doing that and all interactions in person ). I now consider him a friend. I've recommended my friends and family to Acceptance because of these interactions over the years and will continue to do so. My new local agent, Mari, went above and beyond today to bypass a stupid feature of her system to insure a second vehicle on my policy while I waited instead of pushing me until tomorrow. I honestly look forward to a continuing relationship with her and the local office regardless of how Acceptance and their lawyers will respond in a time of need that I pray doesn't come.

Jennifer and Mari are amazing! Mari assisted me with the process of purchasing a policy and she explained everything in its entirety. Jennifer inspected my car, was pleasantAnd so nice! Acceptance has gone well above there job, they are always there for you and always will work with you during any situation that you have. Listen you want a good quote call up and ask for Ron Hicks. He spent an hour on the phone with me to explain to me how insurance works so I could understand and took the time out with me. He was very representative and respectful all at once.
