Trash they say it will be delivered on a set date and then they never show them you call them and ask what happened they say they installed equipment what was a lie so I asked to speak to manager that's when I was placed on hold then told oh we haven't sent a technician to your address yet... Then they say it will be within 3 days after u was already told by the same representative it was already installed then after the 5th day of them bullshytting I cancelled the whole service and funny part is they still tried to charge me for their service that was never even installed or even recived this company sounds good and talks good over phone but once you get them as a provider they are completely trash and I am not the only person to have these issues with this company can't believe they even exist

Having problems with my connection they say they need to check outside connection but I have to pay even though the problems at their end.

Internet service constantly goes out. Every tech they send to “fix” the problem says there is no problem and replaces the wireless box claiming it will “fix whatever is going on.” How about the company just figures out the problem and provide me the services I pay for! So sick of this constant issue and game.

Woooooow.....wow sucks ...the customer service is horrible and the internet connection is worse......they can never get u a tech in a reasonable amount of time u always have to wait .....they do not prioritize u in no shape or form......my internet goes out everyday mutiple times a day......im a cable tech and there work is shotty......i worked for specteum there is a reason theyre no1 in customer service...also just look at how wow responds to all the reviews ......they dnt really care they just tell u sorry n to call back hahaha what a joke

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!
They are scam artists! They will switch your plan without notification, add fees at their discretion and change your monthly bill amount EVEN WITH a price lock guarantee!!! They tried to tell me my autopay was denied, then added a late fee.
When I contacted them regarding this they ran the autopay confirming all of my bank info and had no issue. They then said I had to pay to re-enroll in autopay and pay a month in advance!!!
Their customer service agents are all out of the country and have no clear understanding of the English language. I would NOT recommend this company at all.

Absolutely miserable internet service and customer service. Anytime you call to report internet slow down, they claim there's a "known outage" in the area that they are working to repair. They tell you it will be fixed in a few hours and to call back if you are still experiencing problems later. In addition, if you go to tech support, they will have you jump through all sorts of hoops doing THEIR job troubleshooting. I don't mind occasionally re-starting my modem, but when they are having me hunt down ethernet cables to troubleshoot my WI-FI, and then refuse to send someone out when they can't diagnose over the phone, that's unacceptable. When I asked the chat "helper" to tell me when I needed to cancel my service to ensure I did not owe them more money, she told me she couldn't tell me that....I'd need to call another number to talk with someone else. BUT... she assured me, "We are here to help you always!" Hardly. Time for a change.

They used to have real people in their customer service. Now, it's all outsourced and the reps are scripted and not allowed to use any judgement to figure out how to address your issues. It's a real pity to make people go through hoops for $5 credit for a service they never signed up for.
Great news is plenty of new fiber ISPs are coming in putting in new lines and offering prices way cheaper than even WOWs.

WOW they Suck!!! The worst ...non existent customer support and abusive billing practices is what you'll find here. WoW cannot be trusted with financial information and if you got your Creit card on file that means you got massive problems. The equipment is junk and unless you are standing next to the eero router is the only way you are going to get the speeds

My service was out after Hurricane Milton for 2 weeks before I decided to call. They assured it was being fixed. Someone came to begin working on it a few days later and this is what they left without saying a word to me. Also after an additional week no one else showed up and I still didn't have service, so I closed my account. This is unacceptable.

I called to cancel my service before my next bill was due. The person on the phone did as they are told and tried to fight to keep me as a customer. When I would not give in, they finished my cancellation and informed me I'd actually receive a small credit back. But instead, Wow! continued to send me bill after bill saying I owed money after I cancelled. I refused to pay a bill for a service I cancelled. They've now sent me to collections. Do not sign up with Wow!

I am not a wow customer and NEVER will be. The week of October 20th ( I don't remember the exact day. We had a big WOW truck pull up. 4 guys were in the truck. They asked if they could go in our yard as they were trying to fix something. We said yes. I did not see until the next day they had cut down a bunch of my Neighbors trees. They left them ALL in my yard. Along with a bunch of wires hanging from the trees into my yard.And some soda cans thrown in the bushes. I am 63 and handicapped. I tried to pick up what I could which was not much. I am out in my yard with my cane trying to drag the branches to my front yard. I had just paid someone to pick up branches from Hurricane Milton. I live on $1,209. 00 a month. I cannot afford to pay any more this month. I talked to someone from the Philippines as you CANNOT speak to some here in Florida where this happened. They scheduled someone to come on Sunday the 27th to come clean it up. I even stayed home all day to be here when they came. Buy, Nope no one showed up. I tried to call again today. Of course someone from Philippines answered. I kept telling her I was not a customer that the technicians just used my yard and left there junk. She kept asking for an invoice. I asked to speak to a supervisor. She said she could not do that until she found my information. After 30 minutes I just hung up. What HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. You allow your technicians to leave there trash in yards. They know they can get away with it. Because there is No One to tell them to make it right. SHAME ON YOU. I will never get wow and if I know of anyone looking into getting it I will tell them Not to.

The complaint I have currently is that a customer service rep in the billing department told me my next bill would be zero as I asked it to be because of the intermittent service. I did not get his name or time of call so when I called today to ask about our agreement another customer service rep told me she has no record of our agreement but she would take off $20. I should have got the original rep's name so there was no way to prove what he told me. I assumed an agreement is an agreement and would be documented but I assumed wrong. Their customer service regarding their services are helpful and friendly but billing seems to be much more stringent. I like wow in general but the internet does not stay stable although the last tech said give it 2 or 3 more weeks to fix the hurricane damage but it wasn't stable before the hurricane.
