Chris was very unpleasant to work with opening a business bank account. He wasted time, and made another appointment to open a bank account despite having all the documents needed in order to open a business banking account. He was extremely unprofessional, as he asked lots of personal questions in regards to my business. He even asked if I was a US citizen despite having the identifications of being one. He created a personal profile but did not bother to open or create a business profile, and saved me under the wrong role for the information in regards to my business account. Would recommend going to another branch as there is no hassle in opening a business bank account.

OMG! 2:05 pm. One teller handling drive thru and front counter. 4 customers backed up. This branch sucks! The branch manager walked past the line and said nothing.The only good thing to say is, when I finally got to the teller, she was very pleasant. (Out of respect for the other customers' privacy, I won't post pictures)

The absolute worst automated phone system I've ever dealt with at any company in my entire 48 years on this Earth. They're automated phone system does not understand anything not not entering a digital code not speaking it verbally nothing and they refuse to fix it Garbage man Wells Fargo you just try to screw everybody.

One need only look at the unbelievably bad reviews that Wells Fargo gets in general to know that this is not the bank you should use I was treated like a nobody because I don't have a lot of money but I used to and I will again said to inherit 1.5 million dollars in 2 months will definitely not be using this bank. Incredibly rude customer service

Terrible place to bank, had fraud on my account and they will not refund me the money. I’ve never had a problem before, I keep a good amount in my accounts, never overdraft or anything like that. I’ve lost hundreds of dollars by banking with Wells Fargo. They do not care about the customer or if you’ve lost money to fraud. I will be reporting to the BBB as well . Do yourself a favor and bank elsewhere
