They never have the prescription ready when I arrive. The first time I could understand, because I went straight from the doctors office there. The 2nd time though my doctor called in the prescription yesterday and I decided to wait 24 hours before I went there and they did not have it ready. The lady at the counter said they will fill it now and to wait 25 minutes, so I left. I will try back tomorrow.

I always used CVS before moving to St Pete. However, the CVS pharmacies here are terrible. They don’t say hello, the staff all seem miserable, and they are constantly out of stock for common medications. This Pharmacy is great. Everyone is kind and genuinely seems happy to help. The lines are short and their text notifications actually work. Highly recommend.

I've been getting all my prescriptions here for years. I'm stuck because I don't drive and noti can't ride busses due to healthy reasons .One of my prescriptions is a controlled substance. My provider sets my appointments a little earlier in the month every month .So I'm not at a point that I'm picking up my prescriptions almost a full month ahead of time . There's been Instances where I'm already at the store and I try to pick them up and they say I have to wait untill tomorrow and it's a law that I can't have them sooner than 30 days from my last pickup.That's a lie. There is no such law which I explain to them. They thn change it up and say it's policy. I then ask why they lied and they get really mad that I called them out on it.One time we went through all this and it was the 30th day but they still wouldn't let me have my prescription. I get home 2 hours later and I get the text to come pick it up.Another time I called first and they wouldn't tell me if they even had my medicine. I get there and they say they don't and deny that I even called ahead.Another time I checked what time they open on Google and it said 8am .I even took a screenshot . I get there at 8 and find out they don't openis manages untill 9.The techs are very friendly and just trying to do their job, but it's horribly mismanaged.

As a diabetic without health insurance Ive come to depend on Walmart for affordable insulin and syringes. Disappointed to learn this location requires a prescription for purchases of either.

Have always used another pharmacy for meds BUT after experience with Vey at this this location would not dream of using anyone else. I had transferred a couple scripts in Feb because of shortages and while associates have always been friendly Vey went way above and beyond. I had reached out several times for a refill and after speaking with Vey she immediately looked at original script saw what the issue was,contacted my doctors office and within 1hr my script was ready... thank you so much for having a WONDEFUL associate ?

While in town for work I needed some odds and ends for my hotel and decided to swing in here. The parking lot is a mess, people are parked in 2 spots, there's trash strewn about all over the place. Inside the store was a lot cleaner but unorganized and confusing. The shelves are missing tons of things and the food thats there is pushed back or knocked over. The store installed a bunch of self check out isles and they all seemed to be a mess. People needed help nonstop and it probably took 10 mins to finally be able to check out because all the issues people were having. The area around the self check out is an absolute mess. No bags in some spots or just bags smashed up on the ground. The lady that was working the area was nice but you could tell she was overwhelmed. The only good thing I have to say is the fruit I got was fresh. I do not plan on coming back if I can help it.

On 4/17/2022 at 9:37 I was at terminal 262885039 to check out. A customer ahead of me had a raw chicken on the counter which leaked blood. The cashier wiped it with a paper towel and no disinfectant what so ever. When a couple of us asked her to use some she said she had none, had asked for it, but hadn't gotten any. As another employee walked by, we asked her to find some which she did right away and wiped down the counter. The cashier was actually combative with us because we asked, even though it was all so unsanitary. She also acted surprised there was disinfectant then angry because we asked someone else for it. Such poor poor hygiene and customer service! Why do you have employees like this?

** 1/5/22_ UPDATE: I did not have a PENDING CHARGE or Charge this morning on my Cr-Card. Does not change fact that I bought item to later have it 'canceled' ...This morning on 1/4/2022 I went online and they had the Home COVID-19 TEST KIT available. I ordered ONE and checked out and time was between 9am and 11am. It was maybe 15-20 minutes later I received email stating my Order was 'CANCELED'. They took my Order when there was 'AVAILABILITY' then probably gave my Order to someone in the Waiting Line. They took my MONEY on my Credit Card without giving me my Purchase. They lied to me with my OnLine Order then steal my money making Interest on it. I did not get an 'immediate' Credit and my Account is Pending Walmarts Charge of this COVID-19 TEST I NEVER RECEIVED. Best Buy does not charge your Credit Card/Debit until you pick up your Order. There should be laws for Stores that charge your Account before you receive your merchandise. As of 8:21pm on 1/4/22 I have not seen a Credit to my Account for not receiving my purchase.

We've been filling prescriptions at this particular Walmart pharmacy for several months and haven't encountered any issues. Friendly staff and we'll continue using this pharmacy - when we can't take advantage of the Walmart mail order pharmacy service.

I've been going to Walmart Pharmacies for your ears! After all I did work for Walmart for 27 years! So why would you go anywhere else! The prices are the best!

NEVER will I shop at a Walmart again until they return our cashiers...WalMart is going "self check out only"....I am retired...not working anymore....total greed by walmart..no wages to pay, no benefits, no taxes...all in Walmarts pocket...Bye bye Walmart....you are not the only game in town...Amazon will deliver all my products right to my door.

I would give this Walmart zero stars if I could. Needed 2 tires, called the auto service dept. to make sure they had the tires in stock and got the total cost of tires, and mounting and balance. Got there and parked. A mechanic came out and Yelled " Hay you, you can't park there " I was at least 60 feet away from the service bay entrance, and there were no signs saying no parking in the area. So I moved my car. I told him I was there to buy 2 tires, and he said "go in that door over there" I was about 3 feet from the door when another mechanic came out of the door and he really Yelled at me, "what are you doing here, and how did you get in" I told him I was there to buy tires. I guess the first guy told me walk in a spot that this other guy didn't want me walking in. I was there 2 hours to get 2 tires put on. I was waiting in the customer lounge, and nobody ever told me my car was done. I just happened to look outside and saw it was done. Went to pay and the price was $27 higher than I was quoted. I would not ever go there for any thing again, even if was free !! There was not any reason for those 2 men to be rude and speak to me the way they both did.
