The pharmacy staff is incredibly rude everytime I come here. My scripts get sent in the mornings and I come at 6pm and they still aren’t ready. Tell me to wait 25 minutes for them or come back another day - meanwhile they did this last month as well and the prescription is time sensitive to when I can take it. Will absolutely be switching pharmacy’s! Highly recommend not ruining your day coming to this pharmacy!

Went in to fill a prescription and was told to come back days later so they could order it and they never ordered it and this was after they change my prescription from the medicine my DOCTOR prescribed me to a random generic brand and sent it back to get prior authorization. They'll change your prescriptions without asking you and they won't even order the meds that you need don't ever go here.

You don't tell someone with a serious condition that you're filling their prescription as soon as you hang up with them the day before this person comes in, then claim to be filling it again the day they come in, only to make them wait for a half hour so you can tell them you are out of stock and will not be able to provide their important medication for another two days.

Omg this place is the worst of the worst. They don't care about your prescription and when they realize they wrong nothing. Rude staff even in the pharmacy. Like why update your store and nothing else changed. The way they treated elder people NOT cool and remember everyone gets older. I'm so over this store uggggggggggh

I won't be returning to this Walgreens here's what happened; I went there in the afternoon to pick up a western union money gram, I didn't see any sign on where the service desk was. There was only one person in line at the time so I waited for the cashier to stop talking and I asked where to go, with an attitude she said "just wait" then the cashier tried adding everything together for the other customer and the customer repeated that she needed separate receipts and the cashier gave her an attitude. She finally got done and the cashier told me to go to the kiosk. She couldn't have told me that short response while I waited for her to fix HER mistake? I go to the kiosk and upon completion it says to go to the cashier which I did and now she says to go to the photo desk cashier which wasn't anywhere to be found. Then I had to go back to her again and she tells me to go back to the photo desk and wait. She then gets on the intercom and asks for someone to come help. The whole time there was no line for her and she could have been a lot more helpful. I've been a customer of Walgreens for about 30 years and have always been treated well and felt like they appreciated my patronage especially since there are so many other options here. This cashier made me feel like I was bothering her, she obviously doesn't have people skills and should be doing stock or something besides dealing with the public. Now I'll just go to the closest store and not be concerned about loyalty. If she doesn't want or like her job she should make a change and not being the service standards down.
