Besides to be very expensive they do like 4-5 customers at the same time in such a hurry that they don’t even let you think about what you want. And yet they will impose a tip when you are paying. Kind of arrogant Brenda and Erika.

My hair turned out ok, considering I wanted a bayalge.
I kept telling Erica please cover up my greys and she kept insisting it will blend in with the blonde and it didn’t.
I asked Erica to fix my hair she told me there
would be a small service fee of $120.
What blows my mind is I already paid $380 , and it took her 2 hours to do my hair.
Very disappointing to spend that kind of money and then be told I need to pay more for her wrong doing.

What can I say I have known Vanesa since I was 16 and I’m 33 now . She has been myStylist ever since and there is no one else in this world I would give my hair to .I have no words to explain how amazing she is and how much she CARES and how professional she is. If you go to her with a request and she thinks it will damage your hair she will let you know because she truly cares unlike many salon that’s just want the money she cares . Can’t forget Erika she is also beyond amazing , so talented . It’s such an amazing vibe at the salon and they are so sweet . If you need a salon to go to , don’t even think twice . Trust me JUST GO! Approximately a couple of years ago I came on a recommendation and I was fascinated with the results, Vane and Erika are the best, they always give you advice to keep your hair well cared for and, above all, they arrive at the color you want as long as you follow their recommendations. The only ones that touch my hair and I can say that they are the best.

Horrible, they have a very big ego. They have no professionalism. The only thing they know is to sell Olaplex. They make fun of people. They made me travel from Orlando recommended by a friend. I was going to get color highlights, and a cut, and because I arrived in 7 minutes. afternoons she told me that she couldn't do the work for me because she works by 7 minute appointments....I explained to her that I came from Orlando and she just said I'm sorry, that was Vanessa,,,and the other many have a lot of lack of professionalism and attitude they believe The big deal, I wouldn't come back even if they gave me the job ahhhh and they charged me $450 for the highlights or Jennifer Lopez's hairdresser, I didn't like her attitude at all, they have a very bad vibe

I came to this place because of a friend who recommended it to me. It wasn't easy for me to get the appointment because I live in Orlando. Once I got it, I went there. I wanted to get a color, highlights, and a cut despite how super expensive it was. of $450 I decided to treat myself and because I was 7 minutes late…Vanessa answered that she could only do my color because she was there for appointments and for only 7 minutes she couldn't, I explained to her that I was coming from Orlando and she simply told me I was sorry….. I didn't like the vibe of the place too much, Vanessa's ego is as big as the others, I felt so offended...and saddened since in front of everyone the client would never return to that place...they should be a little more humble, and professional since they charge exaggeratedly expensive…..

Wonderful experience! Vanessa and Erica are top notch! They listen to my request and give me their honest professional opinion. They’re very knowledgeable! I can always count on them to get the color just right! My hair is curly and thin so getting highlights can be intimidating. Vanessa and Erica make me feel at ease and they do a great job taking care of my hair!
