Worst experience ever, trying to get an associate on the phone. Simple information like, "Which post office in my area can I do a lost passport ID card replacement application. The automated system keeps you going in a never ending round and round and round and round for hours.

Don't get a p.o box here you won't receive your mail. It's been absolute supernatural hell....you will not get your mail even though you did everything you were supposed to and even paid for...we paid for this hard time, it's like 100 a year...so it's a waste of money if you go and check your box and no mail. Don't go in to ask either they are rude

Just came to see what time you open and noticed all of the bad reviews. I’ve never had anything but a quick and good experience here. All of the employees have been super friendly and I’m thankful for the service I’ve gotten!

Employees in the post office are always friendly. The actual delivery person is not friendly at all, actually very rude.

I live in Cortland Gateway in Pinellas park. Alicia is the regular mail lady. She is amazing!!! If it wasn’t for her, I would have lost a very valuable package that had belongings from my father who had passed away. I can’t thank her enough! Alex is the mail man that covers her when she is off. He is super nice! I was looking for a piece of mail and he stopped what he was doing to help me. You’re both beautiful people! Thank you

the worst post office i've ever been cursed to have to deal with!! Employees are completely irresponsible & lazy!! i've never in my life had so much mail get lost like at this place!! & i even have a p.o. box! & you can forget about trying to complain & get anything done about their laziness & carelessness , they seriously don't care about their incompetence!! in fact ,they are genuinely & seriously convinced that their bad behavior should be rewarded! it would be a shame if they ever had to get disciplined once & be forced to have to do their job!!

I thought Clearwater PO was unorganized and had a bad attitude. This place is worse. Busy week before Christmas and they have 1 of 4 clerks working.

CLOSE THIS PLACE DWN IMMEDIATELY THEY ARE VERY RUDE AN DISRESPECTFUL THEY EVEN THREATING TO STEAL MY PACKET. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WILL BE GETTING A LAWYER IF MY PACKET DOES NOT MAKE IT TO LACATION..!!!!! THE WORST OFFICE IVE EVER BEEN TOO.

A good post office. The line moves fast. Well stocked,some employees are really nice others are cordial but as long as the job gets done who cares right?!? Big parking lot
