There is a person named patty who works there. She's extremely rude and has no customer service skills. . I would not recommend ever using this store while she "manages it". Most unprofessional manager ivecever encountered

Fax and packages super busy and they move the lines along. But when all the mailboxes load from front and are left open in lobby with children bobbing about... well I would not want a little banged head nor my private mail at risk... 5 stars for great services. minus 1 for safety. minus 1 for those mailbox customers...

THIEVES. If I could give negative 1 stars I would. Shipped an iPhone 14 Pro Max out of this store and it showed up “empty” to the company it was being sent to. The company I shipped it to has video surveillance of every package that they receive and open from start to finish so it clearly wasn’t them.
One of this locations employees opened the package and is selling my iPhone on Facebook marketplace themselves or through a friend, because it’s interestingly for sale just down the street from this UPS location. I tracked it by the serial number luckily, but do yourself a favor and avoid this location at all costs.
Investigation is pending but I don’t want anyone else to have to experience this. Completely unacceptable.

Been to this place only three times, and every time I go I promise myself I won’t go back. From not getting any help because the employee is outside smoking, to being overcharged by incorrect weight and dimensions to today when the employee was wearing sunglasses, smelled like weed, and was speaking so softly I could barely hear him. I’m going to drive the extra miles from now on.

I had been using this location for years when returning an Amazon package and never a problem until recently.
When I receive a product from Amazon I carefully open the box so if I need to return it the box only needs tape.
For some reason now I get told it needs to be in a "proper shipping box". I tell them the box I am returning to Amazon was shipped to me.
They REFUSED to take my package if I don't BUY one of theirs. That would had cost me more than the item I was returning.
So, I went to another UPS store and everything was fine.
UPS Corporation needs to hear about this location practices.
