Awful. My 32 day old 1200$ phone screen went out a day after my home was destroyed by a hurricane. I was desperate. Contacted Samsung, they say this repair is under warranty and I could make an appointment at one of their "supposed" authorized repair centers. I contact the store, explain problem, make an appointment... I drive far out of my way to handle as I really needed to be salvaging my flooded and destroyed home...but I needed a phone.
When I get there they then pull the bait and switch. They say they won't do the repair under warranty...but they'll sell me the screen for $350 (brand new phone). Oh and my phone is silver, screen they offered is BLUE. They said they won't actually do Samsung warranty repairs because Samsung doesn't reimburse them for parts. Totally unacceptable and I will never be back. I had to mail my phone in to Samsung for the repair, taking days and adding extreme stress to my situation.

I came in to the Pinellas Park location with my laptop and Aiden was incredibly helpful. He was able to fix my laptop in no time. I've been here a few times and the customer service is always great. I highly recommend this location.

I HIGHLY recommend uBreakiFix to anyone with a damaged cellphone, tablet, laptop or gaming console, they'll fix it! They did a great job for me, same day service. Next to Applebee's and across from Buffalo Wild Wings in Pinellas Park.
