I've been storing my stuff here for about I say 4 years and I feel comfortable with having my materials here I know Crystal and Randy the management they are great people understanding and I feel comfortable I even have my Harley-Davidson dry storage and their cameras actually work like some storage places they don't and they have alarm systems on the doors and Randy always checks out I think probably every hour I'm not real sure but I feel very confident to have my stuff there to where I left it there when I came to leave and county and I'm in my payments until I have permanent residents I will keep my property there until I move into my I recommend the storage I had a lot of storages in Pinellas county so yeah they they they're on the job and I wouldn't move my stuff unless I have permanent residence I'm renting right now and Levy county the management there is awesomely great Crystal and Randy very good ?????

I have a storage unit at this place but I think they are a little overpriced. I do like the fact that they are open 24/7 so I can go to my storage anytime I want I wish they were closer to where I stay. They have a lot of patience with me. A very friendly staff there I would recommend this place for your storage needs

My husband and I are preparing to move and have been using the U-Stor facility on 62nd Avenue North in Pinellas Park for the past year. It’s the second time we have used that facility. The last time was over 20 years ago. They made for a good storage space then and due to the couple running the place at this time they are even better now. The units are available around the clock. The property is clean and well lit and the units are on 24 hr surveillance. The couple that runs the place are attentive and professional all while being pleasant to deal with. I would give five stars except for the one drawback. That is the hills for drainage outside if each garage building. It makes for constant uneven ride as you drive back to your unit. This is tough when you have your precious belongs in a trailer and/or truck bed. I have and will continue to recommend this business. Oh, the price is right too.

Completely unprofessional lady in a blue dress and a man in black T-shirt standing in the front entrance Door arguing with someone else out in the parking lot. Would not recommend going around this.

I rented one unit for about 8 years or so, then rented a second unit as my need required about 2 years ago. I still have both. I think that kind of says it all.

NASTY people who own this company. There is a woman who works in the office by the name Alecia who is EXTREMELY racist and disrespectful towards others. Will never go to this company again and will never recommend it to anyone!

Very rude and short on the phone and then very rude when we came in FOR BUSINESS.There is no marked parking so when we parked as we thought we should, the first thing the guy asked upon walking in was..."You're not going to leave your car like that are you?" Instead of simply stating how we should have parked he goes off on a rant about how we should park and how we are blocking the parking, etc. (There was no one else there by the way) He was just rude and condescending for no reason. If you're having a bad day stay home!We just left, refusing to do business with a location who clearly doesn't want the business. Funny thing is, he actually thought we were going to take his attitude and looked out the door as we drove away.Really? You're going to rant like that and expect people to come back in and pay you?It's 2023 and NO ONE 'has' to do business with people like this! There is literally competition everywhere and freedom of where and who we give business too!For reference, in case someone who cares wants to address this employee or manager, this was on March 10, 2023 at 11:15am at the location on 62nd and 34th.

Just moved out of our unit after months of dealing with RATS. Put bait and traps down and asked that our area be sprayed but to no avail. Person in charge would not call me back when questioned about RAT problem. Aweful place!!!
