This was my first visit to tri city nut and bolt. Until now, I've always shopped at Pinellas fastener. At tri city, I was the only customer upon entering and needed to simply purchase two new sets of hardware for my skateboard. I separated all the hardware in a "tackle" box for easy presentation. Well, they not only didn't have all the hardware I needed but they also didn't have the quantities of what I needed. To top it off, the gentleman assisting me seemed annoyed with my visit. I'll not be returning.

Tim at Tri-City is AMAZING !!!?100 ⭐️ !!!I walked in looking for a unicorn screw.He had an instant solution….$5.02 and a big smile from Tim, I was on my way.Got home worked like a charm.Dont bother going anywhere else ….save yourself time and frustration.These guys are real deal AMAZING.20 yrs I have been here and they have never let me down. ??

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had lost a set screw for a refrigerator handle. They had me in and out within 5 minutes. Definitely a solid business for any fastener needs.

Tri-City always has the right hardware for whatever project we are working on. The guys there are always fast & helpful (especially when I don’t know exactly what I’m needing!).If your screws are loose, come here and get tightened up!!

First time in. The normal place I go to is closed on Saturdays. I didn’t realize that but I remember seeing Tri-City bolts on the way to the other store. I went in looking for a specialty self tapping screw. They had the exact screw in stock. Pricing very competitive. Will begin using this company full-time.

This place always has exactly what I need. They are much cheaper than Home Depot and they can help find what I need in seconds… it takes me 30 minutes at the big box stores. Recently came in for a few replacement screws for my boat and it was under $1! Just wanted to leave a review and say thank you to these guys for making life easy.

Staff at the counter are eager to help you find what you need , you dont have to be a contractor to get quality help ,And what i like is you can buy one screw or one thousand screws.

Glad they were open on Saturday however I got charged almost $20 that would have been $10 or even less @ pinellas fastener.

My experience was satisfactory because sometimes what your looking for the merchant doesn't always have but they will do they best to meet your requirements. I was happy with my purchase very reasonable prices and the people are very cool and friendly. I kind of envy the people that work there. I wish I had a job there. But I understand tri-city bolt and screw doesn't just hire anyone. My father use to work there and I was happy to go back there to his old stomping grounds.It makes me feel like I'm going back in time. When I visited
