“I was out running errands and my car would not start. Auto club towed the car to National Auto Service and Rob took me in hand and took care of everything. I got there early afternoon and I hoped the repair (new alternator) could be done that afternoon. Rob found a new unit (could not use generic unit, had to be Hyundai dealer only ), sent someone to pick it up and had it installed and the car ready to go late that afternoon. He and his crew stayed a bit late to finish the job so I could drive home that evening. I am extremely impressed with National Auto's level of service and customer care.
