What truly stood out to me was the outstanding customer service. As I browsed, I noticed a couple with a hearing impairment in the shop. The owner went above and beyond to assist them with incredible patience, professionalism, and kindness. It was heartwarming to see such dedication to customer care.

His helpfulness didn’t stop there—he continued to provide excellent service to me and the other customers, sharing insights on upcoming releases and taking the time to help me search for specific cards. His passion for the hobby and genuine willingness to assist made my visit even more enjoyable. “I've been living in the neighborhood for years, and passed by this store so many times. I've never been because my Bengali mother has always called it run down and dirty lol. However, even though it is a little dirty, it was so so much fun to take my time and just dig through the large selection of legos early in the morning. I got a small bag that was about $10. Wish it was a teeny bit cheaper, but I understand, its legos, and they'll always be costly. The owners are good people, you're in good hands. Will definitely come by again.”

“OMG, what an amazing hobby shop.He has everything here.Model Cars, RC planes, Estes rockets, parts and supplies, paints of every kind, stocked shelves and that old fashioned hobby shop when we were kids feel.My only regret is that I was visiting the area and could not find a way to bring home all the stuff I wanted to buy.I wish he would sell by mail order, but he said he does not.:(A fabulous hobby shop. :)”
