Horrible experience here. Paid over 5,200 dollars on repairs, only to break down a few hours away because the air compressor they installed was done incorrectly and it came completely out of the block causing my vehicle to run out of oil and break down. I had it towed to the nearest shop to verify why the compressor came out and they stated the previous shop either didn't properly torque the bottom bolt or didn't even put it in at all. Because it was missing whether not put in or vibrated out from not being tight and this caused the top bolt to shear off. As if that wasn't enough they also verified that the front crank seal I paid for was never done. You can look at it with out any tools but a flashlight and CLEARLY see it is still leaking and COATED with very old dirt and grime. It dosn't even end there! While they were working on my vehicle Carlos broke my hood! I didn't mind as I understand things happen and he promised to fix it, however the "fix" was just to glue it back together it isn't even sanded smooth or painted! I contacted Carlos after getting the runaround for weeks, (keep in mind he is impossible to get ahold of he'll just ignore you) via email. I told him what happened and sent him all the proof, the other shops inspection, ect. and asked for a refund of 2,400. This isn't even HALF of what I paid them I'm only asking for the bare minimum of what I spent to get my vehicle back on the road, not even asking for tow cost, hood repair, ect. He then said "no worries give me a week". Well of course after that he just stops responding. TND does not do good business. This place is shady, and I would take your business anywhere else.

The service I requested was handled perfectly and I’m reluctant to try new shops because some take advantage but not TND! Very prompt and great follow through about the progress! Very impressed and I’m a hard critic! The value of the pricing was even better than expected also! And in this economy every $ matters! Definitely a customer for life!

These gentlemen go away and above than I’ve ever expected I’ve just towed in another vehicle and they’re ripping that one together to females if you need a good review ask for Carlos he’s the owner he will help you out anyway he can or he will refer you where you need to go he’s been working on my things for years and I greatly greatly appreciate him always being there all the other mechanics are top notch I miss you Chris thank you for working on my stuff in the past

Carlos is the greatest he’s always been there for me I called the last second today on a Sunday and let him know that I got to bring my truck in I thought it was just gonna be for something simple but within that 30 minute conversation my truck broke completely down and I was able to have it towed to his shop and he has taken care of it completely all his mechanics are amazing polite professional I definitely would never take my vehicle anywhere else they’re worth every penny you spend at his shop so don’t ever hesitate you pay for what you get they are very reasonable and they’re very very good at what they do

Overall not the worst. They are a little overpriced though and almost never have anybody in the office to help you. You basically have to track workers down if you want to speak with someone, even if you have an appointment. I don't think they are truthful about their hours and will add an hour to your bill even if it only takes 10 minutes. However I will say that they will do the job correctly and within a pretty reasonable time frame given how busy they usually are. Overall I give my experience a C.

A good guy but definitely did me wrong. I loyally brought my truck back to him after having done so several times over the past couple years.I noticed he was tired and busy on the day I brought it in and mentioned that to him jokingly in passing. I asked him if he had time to get me in and he said yeah no problem just leave it. I told him I was renting a truck so I’d just leave it and check back the next day.8 days later and a thousand dollars wasted on a rental after calling on several occasions and being told impatiently they’d be getting on it... I left with nothing done to my truck.I’ll start goin back to pinellas diesel.
