Has much cheaper prices 5-$10 cheaper then competitors on vapes. The employees are always the sweetest,Kendyl & Morgan are the best. They have a rewards system that I’ve only been apart of for a few months and already got 10$ off my order twice!

Today 12/11/23 I have visited the store for the vape brand RAZ that I have purchased 2 days ago from The Good Life Smoke Shop in Pinellas. Unfortunately, the product failed to charge and ceased functioning just after two days of use. Eager to resolve the issue, I returned to the store, expecting a standard exchange or repair service.However, the response I received from the staff was deeply unsatisfactory. The employee, rather than attempting to diagnose the problem or consider an exchange, suggested recycling my faulty vape and purchasing a new one. This approach not only disregarded basic consumer rights but also showed a lack of interest in ensuring customer satisfaction.As a regular customer who buys 2-3 vapes monthly, I am disappointed by this lack of customer-centric service. The unwillingness to even test the product's charging capability was a clear sign of disinterest. This experience has unfortunately led me to decide against continuing my business with The Good Life Smoke Shop.Quality customer service is crucial, and in this instance, it was markedly absent. It's regrettable that a simple and fair solution wasn't offered, as it would have maintained our consumer relationship.
