This place’s really rolls out the red carpet. 5 Mobile experts. All assisting their customers which is normal. Non of them took the time to say acknowledge us. Tried to ask them a eta when they can assist. waited 12 minutes and walked out.

T mobile at park side mall is very good they try to fix my phone that only work for one day rhet could not so what they did was find a phone for me and it was free no activation charge did not have to nothing down and they took the broken phone in trade and gave 65dillars for it and they gave a case and charger with it I was very happy for what they did for me I recommend anyone to go there and they will treat you fairly I have no complaints with them I am going to get my girlfriend a phone from them also

Only one employee was taking care of a customer. The rest of employees on their phone not paying attention that I was waiting for assistance on upgrading my phone. I waited for 20 minutes and they didn’t bother to ask me if I needed help. Now I’m driving to verizon store to see what offers they have.

We walked in and before we could finish explaining what we wanted to do, the sales person told us “nope we can’t do that for you, you have to do that online.” I tried to tell him that we were literally told to go to a physical location and he cut us off again and said “I’m right you’re wrong. Sorry you were given wrong information.”I then asked his manager the same question and the manager informed us we the sales person was completely wrong and lied to us.We took our businesses to the T-Mobile up the road on 4th street and they activated our new lines and phones in under an hour and were very friendly about it all.
