Not a good experience. Very unorganized. The Physical and Occupational Therapist were excellent. I enrolled and unenrolled within a month. So disappointed because I really needed the help.

My husband has Early Onset of Alzheimer's and is at stage 6. He was staying home by himself until it just wasn't a good idea. I got him in PACE Adult Day Care and he comes home every day happy. The Daycare center does activities and they have him dancing. This program has been an amazing help for me and everyone is very nice. He Loves the transport drivers and has to stay in the driveway and wave good bye again when they get back in the driver's seat. The adult day care center

My sister switched to PACE last year and has gotten the best care in her entire life! These folks really care about each patient and always do their very best! Does this mean that they never drop the ball? Of course not- compared to all the others they put more balls in the air than I ever expected possible! They always give 100% and then some! If a ball does get dropped they rectify as soon as humanly possible! They have very high standards for the people they employ, with todays labor market shortage- they still accomplish compassionate care with a lovely personal touch! They are patient and loving with each as they would be with their own families.

Tried to call in to speak with the on call nurse, and the individual who answered the phone immediately hung up after answering the phone. Somebody in this position should not just hang up on somebody who is calling in with an emergency. Then when we called back and stated that we were just hung up on,the person got defensive and stated that they couldn't hear us. BS. A good customer service rep would call the incoming call number if that was the case. Very disappointed in the customer service.
