Jaqueline at the front is incredibly rude and dismissive. Does not know how to communicate with people. Also very dirty and weird waiting room. Was going to get our cat neutered but honestly was terrified of them doing surgery on my him. No one looks like they know what they are doing lol

I absolutely love The Spot!
They are so thorough! They love and care for our pets as if they were their own.
The fact that anyone would complain about The Spot blows my mind! The world needs less complaining and more gratitude!
A local Vet was caring for my Nelson before the Spot and all they did was nickel and dime me! The Spot DOES NOT!!!!!
If you are looking for honest, caring pet providers, The Spot is your Vet!
If you have to complain, go somewhere else and watch your money disappear!
I will never go anywhere else!!!!
And by the way, if you believe you were treated badly, just express that. I’m sure you are reading too much into it.
Practice more empathy rather than criticism. Just saying….

Great for basic care, shots and spay! They took care of a cat for us and it was very reasonable cost wise. I wouldn’t recommend for more extensive health issues from our experience of another animal having missed dx.

Took my kitten here to be spayed. The staff is knowledgeable and the cost is affordable. They do a ton of out reach with the community and have a donations thrift shop. Leave a message to get service they’re busy but will call you back.

Great price on spay and nail clip on my cat. Dropped her off in the morning and picked her up in the evening! I got along pretty well with the staff.

They neutered our daughter’s puppy and he had a preliminary visit first and they were very thorough. The neutering went awesome and the staff is so friendly and professional! The prices are so good and affordable! Thank you all!
