I have had a terrible time getting rid of Spectrum. I finally went with another provider but Spectrum still won't leave me alone. A guy showed up and tried to sell me service even after I told him about ALL the bad service I had with them previously. Get a hint......you are a BAD service company and I don't need you to keep coming around selling your services.

Got a new iphone 15 pro max from Spectrum,(a great deal, by the way) and had some trouble connecting wireless and wifi. Dennis and Matt were great at helping me to get it hooked up. It was a pleasure dealing with them. Highly recommend this Spectrum store.

I was in need of a new phone and the Spectrum representative, Uly Lopez who helped me, was great. He was knowledgeable, courteous and most patient with all my questions. My experience at the Pinellas Park location was a positive one. My 5 star rating is mostly due to this young man.

Called to inquire about adding TV service, decided not to do it because of what channels it would give us. Told representative we were not interested at this time. 1 hour later got notification that they went and changed our service without our authorization anyway and added TV to our service even though we did not consent to it. And got to spend and hour on the phone to hopefully resolve it! Long story short horrible company to deal with!Tried to leave a 0 stars review but it won't let you

There is a salesman here that is the worst salesman I’ve ever seen. He is really rude, unfortunately I had to go there twice and both times I was “helped” by him. He treats you like he’s doing a favor to you instead of being paid to help customers. Great company but horrible customer service.

Went in to get my services disconnected due to us staying in a airbnb for 6 months and no longer needing the service. What i was not expecting is the amazing service i received from Mr.Ron. I fully anticipated to be there for a while but Ron got me in and out of there. Had a lovely conversation with Ron while he was disconnecting my service and made my time fly by. It was really enlightening for me to have that conversation with him, considering i was not having the best day and he completely made me forget about it. Thanks so much again Ron, and i hope to run into you again.

Returned equipment and told them to cancel service. Told me, No Problem. Except they didn't. Even with no equipment on the account they continued to charge for service which was NOT being used. Their claim is there are no notes on the account claiming I requested the account be closed. So they stated it's my word against theirs. And they wonder why people get upset.

The emoloyee thought he was better than what he was . He messed up my entire account. Never offered me a chair . visibility He can see that i have had a stroke, and i am disabled he let me stand there for more than an hour . Then, when i got home, i had no services at All so which made me sit on my phone for 3 hrs fixing and explaining what was happening and all for nothing had to go back to what i switched to . You are out of your mind if you think that i am going through all of that again .. Bolognaon that ..

Best experience ever! Getting a new phone can be a hassle but Uly and Matt made it so easy! They both were great about walking me through each step, answering any questions I had, and making sure I left with my new phone up and running in no time. Thank you so much!

All of the employees are very friendly and helpful. All went smooth purchasing 2 mew phones getting service and every question was answered. I would highly recommend going to this location

Well after many years paying my Spectrum bill on time and not getting the service that I'm paying for. Then watching my bill almost double in the past year I decided enough is enough. I called Spectrum during the last 3 increases and was told there is nothing they can do. I then canceled my TV service and was in the process of canceling internet next month. As I returned my cable box to the store, I met Angel. Probably one of the best employees I have ever met with Spectrum... Well, he saved my internet service with Spectrum. With the economy the way it is Spectrum shouldn't be increasing people's bills by 60% in the past year. Thanks, you Angel.....
