Extremely rude and unhelpful employees, tried to simply drop off equipment as told by a customer service representative. The agent in the store berrated me and demanded we took it ups because they didn't want to handle it. Laziness at its finest, I witness this interaction with helping a friend return equipment when they were leaving town after the hurricane, I will now never entertain using the company and suggest to others to find a different provider

I'm now paying less for their fastest internet and 3 lines than I was paying for 2 lines alone with a senior discount at Verizon and they run on the same towers! Wow!

What a shame that you have to give a company at least a one-star rating to be able to write a review, spectrum customer service on the phone and spectrum customer service in person at one of their stores is the most frustrating and unknowledgeable customer service people I have ever came in contact with in over 50 years of doing business in person and over the phone, one staff member from the next does not know what's going on from phone call to phone call they have a computer screen in front of them and if it doesn't show them something or they don't know how to work it the customer ultimately pays the price either in time wasted or in a bill that they do not deserve, I am one of those people I returned their equipment on the 20th of September and stopped my service and they still continue to bill me for service I do not have and for equipment that I do not have, going into a spectrum store location doesn't do any good I get the reason or excuse whatever they want to call it that them systems in the stores cannot go back that far, I started service on April 29th and the billing and customer service have never been on the same page or even close to being correct for what we signed up for, we signed up for basic internet and it has been a fiasco since the day that the technician came out to set it up ??????????????????? also I would not give them an ATM or debit card as they will continue to draw money from that card even though you returned their equipment and stopped their service months ago, they just cannot seem to understand you can't charge people for equipment and services they do not provide that was returned and yes I have read all the fine print on their well written and established paperwork conditions to terminate their service watch spectrum does the best is they know how to make money that is their bottom line customer service or satisfaction is not an option

Dude with the balding head (can’t see his name) is just yelling at everyone, place is full of people, he’s way to hectic and frantic right now not really sure why he’s like this. His tone with all customers is pretty bad and blunt and not friendly.

the worst experience ever with spectrum internet. would give a 0 stars if i could but google doesn’t allow me to hate that hard. internet has been out since milton first landed in the area and the same response from the spectrum team. “our technicians are currently working on an outage in your area there is no ETA currently on when it will be fixed” i don’t know where they are getting these technicians from but they definitely need to do some rehiring. unbelievable. switching to a new provider tomorrow morning

This is about Spectrum service, not this location specifically.
No timeline as to when wifi service will be restored. It’s going on a 3 day outage. It came back briefly but is out again. No other wifi was knocked out like this because of the storm. Shittiest wifi for sure. Even when it’s working it’s slow and freezes all the time. Should have known when it took 2 agents to come out and try and set it up. I will be getting service elsewhere very soon.

I went into the store today as a walk in to trade my phone in!
Mr. Uly Lopez was amazing and was very nice on top of that! He answered all of my questions. He truly deserves to be rewarded for his amazing customer service! I definitely suggest going to him for any of your concerns! My experience at the location on 66th St N In St Petersburg will never add up to Park Blvd. 66th St N is closer to me but Id rather take the drive to Park Blvd for better customer service!!!!! Thank you again Mr. Lopez!
