Hands down!!!!! Shawn the owner/ manager is a great guy and really cares about his customers. I decided to go the lazier route and go through a car wash instead of washing it myself. After buying for the biggest package on that machine when I got done my car was still noticeably not as clean. Unlike other car washes. There is a huge sign with a phone number to reach someone. When I called Shawn (who I never met before in my life) answered and I told him the problem. He said I’m about 5 mins away will u still be there. And I said absolutely I’m vacuuming too.
When he arrived he went out of his way to make sure I got a treated like gold! He offered me a refund or run through the machine next to the one I used at no charge. I said let’s get the car cleaned. Shawn is excellent. If you are in this area STOP BY AND GET YOUR CAR WASHED HERE!!!!! I will definitely be back and I am telling everyone what an awesome experience I had!!!!!! Thank u Shawn for your exceptional performance!!!!!!!

Spent $20 for a ceramic wash. "Ceramic" must mean only getting a third of what you pay for because that's only what was washed ... a third of my car. And even it was still unsatisfactory. Guess that's what I get for taking care of business on the phone and not paying attention. What is it with business and customer service around here anyways?

This is a cheap car wash so don't expect much out of it. It's also a self-service car wash. There were no towels available at the vending machine so either bring your own or you will end up with spots and streaks on your car from the wax and stuff. Also, bring a bunch of quarters because it doesn't accept credit cards

Nice brushless machines . Wont put swirls in paint. Great for serious car owners , who dont wanna ruin their paint.

Used to have a good experience here, but today it was terrible. The soap in the prewash/brush do nothing and only smear around average road grime. The spotless water rinse is anything but spotless. Terrible car wash. Figured I'd have better luck in the automatic car wash, and that was even worse. My truck actually looks dirtier now due to all the water spots and smeared grime.

-Equipment works great, well maintained, and when things so break they are fixed quickly!-They even have a tub of soap & water with scrub brush in front of the auto wash, to get the tough stuff or your wheels before you drive in!-I drive past three other car washes on my way to this one!-I wish these guys would open more locations around st pete!EDIT 2023: Paid for the automatic carwash today & it told me to enter when the wash is ready, but it never said ready. It would not start or wash my car, there is no phone number to call or website to visit if you have problems it just takes your money...

Wash N Vac is 1 mile & 1/2 down the road, go there! This place will take your money and give NO service in return, a waste. Some of the equipment/machines don’t work at all and also you CAN NOT use a card here. Would not recommend oh yeah, wash N vac is cheaper and everything works there ?

New owners cut water pressure down raised prices raised the amount of time u get per quarter need to find a new car wash

Both touchless car washes weren’t working after the fact that I had already paid, I reached out to the owners who have been ignoring me to give me my money back… horrible management and trashy service, hopefully they will get more professional in the future but I doubt it. I don’t recommend this car wash to anyone, hopefully this review will have you reconsider paying this establishment a visit…

Sometimes it open and sometimes its not. This time the car wash broke while I just pulled in. I backed out and gave them a call. Left a VM. No response yet
