Used Mark for a few years and never had an issue. However our son’s car wouldn’t start so we had it towed to his shop a few weeks ago. Called and went by twice after not hearing from him. Finally heard from him and his demeanor wasn’t what we had ever experienced. He was very short and dismissive, wouldn’t allow us the opportunity to really explain the problem.Thought maybe he was having a bad day, but after several conversations later it was obvious that this wasn’t an isolated incident. We took the car somewhere else it’s been fixed without having to do any of the extra unnecessary stuff he was recommending. It just needed a new starter. He’s lost the business for our Mercedes and our son’s Mercedes as well.

Had a great experience when taking my benz for some headlight repair we got the parts ordered and having work done next week . Straight shooters here no fluff highly recommend...
Went back this morning and had headlights installed..what a great experience can not say enough great things . If you own a Mercedes here's the place to go !!! A1 service A1 technician at reasonable prices!!!!!

Great service, hard to find true MB specialists these days and Mark is one of them. He is extremely knowledgeable, polite and honest whether a repair is necessary. He is patient in explaining every detail and quickly pinpoints the issues. I feel confident my car is in good hands every time I bring it in. Five stars for a five star service.
