Employee Zachary is so helpful and very caring. I was in a crisis and this man operates as if he is in the trenches with the customer. He deserves consideration from higher-ups whenever a raise or promotion is available. He should be overseeing the new hire training, because service like this does not exist anymore... and I'm not easy to deal with. Thank you! The color was perfect. The previous color match was unavailable in the county's system, by phone number, by order number, by paint cans ordered at the same time as before, and paint was on a fine'powder dry wall. He was sooo knowledgeable and eager to problem solve. Hats off. Thank you.

I went there earlier this month and had a great experience and decided to go back to get some more paint. I called ahead of time to ask if they had curbside pickup and could they match colors. She told me if I brought in a piece of the object that she could. I told her that I didn't want to get out of the car because I would have my 91 year old grandmother with me. She said fine. I could hold the pictures up to the window and she could try to match it up. I told her I would be there is a little while. When I got to the store, I parked right outside the door. I called to let her know I was here. She says that I could bring my phone up to the store window and I said I told you earlier that I did not want to get out the car. She said that she could not come out the store and that she was on the other line. She acted as though I was bothering her. I'm like this was a wasted trip and a waste of gas. I'm wondering what was the point of me asking her about curbside pickup when I had to get out of the car. They have definitely lost my business.

I ordered and picked up nine gallons of paint at the Sherwin Williams store on 49th St. Chris was phenomenal getting it already for me. Her suggestions were spot on. Definitely going back.
